Cartoon/Skyline by Second Grade
Students used stamps dipped in glue to make a ghost-like texture for the skies of their city or skyline. Students used cartoon features to draw a person. We pretended our person was visiting a city, such as Chicago, New York, Las Vegas, etc. and used scrap paper that with visual texture to create doors and windows. Students used watercolor paints, glue, colored pencils and markers to complete their projects. Please see some student work below.
